VOLUNTEER TALENT GIFT PROGRAM
People who believe in Father Yermo Schools’ mission are constantly following the progress with their genuine concern and have faithfully supported our work. Volunteers take a very active role investing their talents, time and energy to the project of developing Catholic education at Father Yermo. The Volunteer Program is open to all, parents, alumni, grandparents, alumni parents, businessmen and women, friends and benefactors.

You may also become a member of the VOLUNTEER TALENT GIFT PROGRAM at Father Yermo Schools by becoming involved in the different activities carried out in our school, contributing with your talents, energy and time in one of our many projects throughout the school year. Remember that voluntarism is one way in which you can share in the teaching ministry of the Church, and that your participation is crucial to the mission of our schools. There is no limit in the way you can assist us. These are some of the projects we have:

• Pray for Father Yermo Sisters, Students and Family. Call our schools and become informed of the special needs that we face daily. Deaths in the family, social dangers, trips, & retreats in session, etc.
  
  
• Become a member of the Patrol Team supervising parking lot as students exit every day in the afternoon. Sports, & cultural activities will also require your attention.
  
  
• Participate actively during our fundraising events in a variety of locations: kitchen, booths, setting up booths, cashiers, counting raffle tickets, gofers, etc.
  
  
• Participate as a consultant with your expertise in the field: Engineering, marketing, public relations agent, etc.
  
  
• Become a chaperon in field trips, retreats, student outings, providing transportation and supervision.
  
  
• Become a host in social activities such as parents’ gatherings, grandparents’ masses, etc.
  
  
• Contribute as a helper in student activities, such as cooking in picnics, counting diocesan raffle tickets, folding newsletters, mailing invitation, etc.
  
  
• Share your talents of carpentry, electricity, and plumbing in the daily maintenance of the school buildings.
  
  
• Donate your art work, crafts, and goodies, for our school events.
