The mission of Father Yermo Schools is to provide all students with a unique family environment, the best academic preparation and an affordable program, while affirming their human dignity and Catholic values, in order to enable them to succeed in a multicultural and complex society.

Father Yermo schools philosophy derives its inspiration from the spiritual heritage and education of Saint Jose Maria de Yermo y Parres, based on merciful love, justice and service, giving priority to the poor.  FYS believe that education is genuine only when it harmoniously develops all aspect of the human being. Therefore, Sisters, Faculty, Parents and School community promote the Catholic principles of education by providing students with a Christian atmosphere and a family climate that fosters self esteem, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical and ethical growth to enable children to create their own synthesis between life, faith and culture.

The main values are: faith, love, truth, liberty, justice, responsibility, humility and service in three main spheres affirming human dignity, transcendence of life and the personal and rewarding fulfillment through service.
