SALARIES FUND
Talented, experienced and dedicated faculty and staff serve students at Father Yermo Schools. On the other hand, the increase in the cost of living makes a priority to increase salaries for personnel in order to retain them at Father Yermo. Specialized teachers also need to be hired to offer elective classes to complement the curriculum; besides, all personnel requires specialized training to prepare them to serve the school population.
The Objective of the Teachers Salaries Program is to offer a permanent solution to a financial need at Father Yermo. This program reduces the frequency and amount of tuition increase, and increases the salary benefits to the school staff. Father Yermo has obtained the support of well known Texas Foundations, such as Burkitt, Sarita Kenedy and Strake Foundation, to aid in this program. However, to this day, salaries, benefits and liabilities for teachers and personnel outlay the 66% of the entire annual budget.
Father Yermo’s primary mission is to serve students coming from working families. By this very nature, our school is labor-intensive and people oriented. In order to offer sound competitive salaries to faculty and staff Father Yermo asks for your gift to support the salaries fund program.
We will inform you of the use of your donation in an annual report and personalized letter. As Father Yermo Schools is a non-profit organization, you will receive a tax exempt letter after your donation is received. You can make your commitment payable on monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annually. Father Yermo Family will appreciate very much your contribution.
