Registration for 2009-2010 is already open for grades Pre-K to 12th grade and the Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Program.

1. Call and visit our schools. Our admission’s personnel are available for interviews and to offer tours of the school. Your child’s record will be evaluated, and he/she will be placed at the most beneficial learning level. The school will notify you whether your child has been accepted to Father Yermo.

2. All applicants for Pre-Kinder should have turned 4 years old by September 1, 2009.

3. All new students must take a Placement Exam. Call the schools to schedule dates.

4. Upon acceptance, parents/guardians will provide all forms required by law, and will receive a Registration Clearance form. Parents will then go to the Administration Office where registration will take place. Registration fee is not refundable or transferable. Take advantage of the early bird registration, doing it by April 29, 2008.

5. Federal Lunch Program is available at three campuses, and proper application needs to be filled by parents at the time of registration.

6. An up-to-date immunization record and other applicable papers must be submitted to the appropriate school by the first day of school.

7. Students coming from another country must have a visa with them each day. Form I-20 will be provided to parents after registration is paid in full; forms must be filled out and submitted to the US Consulate Office in Cd. Juarez. In the mean time, the name of the child will be code-recorded from the School to the Immigration Office. If a student transfers out of the Catholic Schools System, I-20 will be revoked.
